ChatOn From Samsung Coming To BlackBerry

Back in August of last year, Samsung announced their new messaging service called ChatOn.Samsung has now decided to open up their messaging service to other platforms including iOS and BlackBerry. They have released the statement below:

ChatOn is an ideal IM tool for the mobile device user who wants to stay instantly connected to colleagues, friends and family, irrespective of the mobile device or feature phone that they use at no cost. Opening up the application to various platforms to now include iOS and Blackberry in addition to 

Android and bada, allows consumers to experience a richer, more interactive communication application.Another cool idea from Samsung that will appeal to many but unfortunately for them, it still pales in comparison to BBM.

You can have a chat with more than 2 buddies in one space through a group chat. Let's chat with your ChatON Group Buddies. And also broadcast a message to several buddies in a time.

Various way to express yourself. You can send pictures, videos, animation message(scribble), audio, contacts, calendar and locations.

You can check all the images and videos shared in chat rooms through the multimedia sharing box called the trunk. You can leave replies for individual items or share on other SNS sites.
