Back in the day RIM used to just randomly update device simulators on their website and you had to be lucky to be notified. Things have gone a full 360 from then and now RIM just posted an an announcement about updated simulators (not just new device simulators). The new simulators have later OS versions for developers to try with a focus on the 9900 and 9930. Check them out below:
